    Engineering services for multiple stages of the project execution from conceptual design to detailed designing, construction and commissioning. During the PRE-FEED and FEED phase we provide support which comprises: Definition of the technical requirements of your piping system; materials selection; pipe system risk assessments and pipe manufacturer approval. During the detailed design phase, we cover the detailed design of the pipe and pipeline system for design reviews. This design covers stress analysis using Caesar II , surge analysis using Pipenet Software, soil/support requirements and deliver the materials specification with Bill of Materials (BOM).
    Qualification of the pipe material is crucial. We assist during preparation and/or assessment of the manufacturers Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) during the procurement phase.
    Sunrise field service and quality engineers provide audits during construction to control the quality for EPC contractor. to solve problems that might arise during construction. Our in-depth engineering design knowledge enables us to identify critical areas in your pipe system. This is beneficial during the preparation of the hydrotest test-protocol, and our field engineers can be present and witness the hydrotest with review of all check & punch point at side before hydrotest, ensure successfully pass the hydrotest and connectivity. Pre-Commissioning and commissioning activity before handing over to end user and Operator.
    Dedicated attention starting at the initial phases of the project cycle ensures a successful project and will contribute to deliver the project on time and on schedule in line with the project management systems (PMS).
